Flexible transfer machine with tool changers
A rotating table plus satellite tables, with triple Hirth couplings, 3-axis CNC modules, both vertical and horizontal, make challenging operations on diffcult materials such as cast iron and steel possible while maintaining the utmost precision. Tool change systems on each unit ensure zero change-over and extremely short chip-to-chip operation (tool holder with a capacity of 12 positions for each operating unit). The FCELL is a modular transfer machine that can be set up in various configurations, both sturdy and ideal for highly precise operations that can be repeated over time.
